Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Progresso mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Progresso is a progressive word-guessing game where players advance through increasingly difficult runs with decreasing attempts, unlocking perks to aid their journey. The game includes features such as achievements, statistics tracking, and optional in-app purchases.

User Accounts and Data

Your game progress is stored locally on your device. We do not require account creation, but you are responsible for backing up your device to preserve your game data. We are not responsible for lost progress due to device issues, uninstallation, or device changes.

In-App Purchases

Available Purchases

The app offers the following in-app purchases:

• Remove Ads: Permanently removes advertising from the game
• Coin Packages: Purchase game coins to continue failed runs
• Premium Features: Access to exclusive game content or features

Payment and Refunds

All purchases are processed through your device’s app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Refund policies are governed by the respective app store’s terms. We do not process refunds directly. All sales are final unless required by applicable law.

Virtual Currency

Game coins are virtual currency with no real-world value. Coins cannot be transferred, exchanged for real money, or used outside the app. Unused coins have no cash value and are forfeited if you delete the app or your account.

Advertising

The free version of the app displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob and other advertising partners. Ads may be personalized based on your interests and usage patterns. You can remove ads through in-app purchase or adjust ad personalization in your device settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or modify the app
• Use automated tools or bots to play the game
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Share or distribute the app without permission
• Use the app in a way that could damage or impair the service

Intellectual Property

The Progresso app, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Monosphere LTD and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monosphere LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

Updates and Changes

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or app store updates.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

Severability
