# Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the **Word Shift** application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Word Shift is a word puzzle game application designed for entertainment purposes. The App allows users to play word-based puzzles and track their progress.

All content included in or made available through the App, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Monosphere LTD or its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The “Word Shift” name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Monosphere LTD. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
## 7. User Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
## 8. In-App Purchases
The App may offer in-app purchases. All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Prices for in-app purchases are subject to change at any time.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MONOSPHERE LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
* Your use of or inability to use the App.
* Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers.
* Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.
* Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code that may be transmitted through the App.
## 12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Monosphere LTD and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
